Tom Jones, officially known as Sir Thomas John Woodward OBE, is a renowned Welsh singer with a net worth of approximately $300 million. Emerging as a significant vocal talent in the mid-1960s, he has sold over 100 million records throughout his career.

He boasts 36 Top 40 hits in the UK and 19 in the US, with iconic songs such as “It’s Not Unusual,” “What’s New Pussycat,” “Delilah,” “She’s a Lady,” and “Green, Green Grass of Home.”

Real Estate Properties

In 1976, Tom Jones and his wife Linda purchased Dean Martin’s mansion in Los Angeles for $500,000. They later sold the property to Nicolas Cage for $6.469 million in 1998.

In the same year, the couple acquired an 8,143 square foot villa in the Mulholland Estates neighborhood of Los Angeles for $2.65 million.

After Linda’s passing, Tom sold this villa along with an adjacent lot for $11.28 million and subsequently relocated to London.
