Mark Ingram Net Worth

On July 6, 2024, Mark Ingram officially replaced Reggie Bush as a host on FOX Sports’ “Big Noon Kickoff.” This move marks a significant shift in the show’s lineup, with Ingram stepping into the role previously held by Bush.

Mark Ingram and Reggie Bush have crossed paths in the NFL before. When Bush was traded to the Miami Dolphins in 2011, Ingram was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the same draft and took over as a key running back for the team, essentially filling the role Bush had left. Now, they’re switching places again, this time in the world of sports broadcasting. Mark Ingram II declared,

“I’m thrilled to join FOX Sports and BIG NOON KICKOFF. I’m ready for the fall, and I can’t wait to feel the energy and excitement every Saturday, along with some of the most talented and entertaining names in our sport, at the biggest college football games.”

Rob Stone will continue as the host of “Big Noon Kickoff,” with Mark Ingram joining analysts Matt Leinart, Brady Quinn, and Urban Meyer.

Mark Ingram’s impressive 12-year NFL career, during which he earned over $32.5 million, has contributed to his estimated net worth of $12 million as of 2023. Most of his wealth was accumulated through his playing career in the NFL.

During his final two seasons as the starting running back at his high school, Mark Ingram rushed for an impressive 2,546 yards and 38 touchdowns.

His standout high school performance helped pave the way for his successful college and NFL careers.

Mark Ingram won the Heisman Trophy in 2009, becoming the first player from the University of Alabama to achieve this honor.

During that season, he rushed for 1,658 yards and 17 touchdowns. Additionally, Ingram played a key role in Alabama’s national championship victory, with 32 receptions for 334 yards and three touchdowns.

Over his three-year career with the Crimson Tide, he accumulated 3,261 rushing yards and 42 touchdowns.

Mark Ingram was selected by the New Orleans Saints with the 28th overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, which was the same pick used by the New York Giants 24 years earlier to draft his father, Mark Ingram Sr.

Ingram leads the Saints in franchise history with 6,500 rushing yards and 52 rushing touchdowns.

Over his 12 NFL seasons, he has accumulated 10,236 total yards and 75 total touchdowns. Ingram is a three-time Pro Bowler and has also played for the Houston Texans and Baltimore Ravens.

Given Mark Ingram’s age and the demanding nature of the running back position, it’s highly likely that he has played his final game in the NFL, even though he hasn’t officially announced his retirement.

His extensive career and the physical toll of the position suggest that his playing days may be behind him.
