Judge Greg Mathis and his wife, Linda Yvette Mathis, are ending their marriage after nearly 40 years. Linda Mathis has filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the separation.
In the divorce filing, Linda Mathis listed their separation date as July 17 and noted that they have no minor children. She requested spousal support and asked the court to waive Greg Mathis’s right to seek support from her.
It is unclear if they had a prenuptial agreement. Additionally, she has requested that Greg Mathis cover her legal fees. Representatives for both parties have not yet commented.
