He was found deceased at the Oak Tree Inn in Encino, California, where he had checked in on Monday. When he did not check out the following day, hotel management went to check on him and discovered his body.

A manager at the Oak Tree Inn stated that the property was normal and that no unusual circumstances were noted before Boss was discovered. The inn has decided not to rent out rooms for the next week.
