Dak Prescott turned football training camp into a family affair. On Sunday, July 28, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, 31, was visited by his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, and their 5-month-old daughter, MJ.
In a video shared on X, Prescott was seen giving Ramos, 30, a sweet kiss before taking MJ into his arms. He hugged and kissed his daughter as he held her close.
Later that day, Ramos shared a photo of MJ while training camp continued. The mother-daughter pair were in the stands, where MJ napped on Ramos’ lap.
This wasn’t MJ’s first significant outing with her parents. The family of three had traveled to Cabo San Lucas earlier in the month before Prescott needed to report to training camp.
“Cabo with my beautiful family,” Ramos posted on Instagram in July, alongside a slideshow of vacation photos.
Prescott also shared pictures of himself and his family, showcasing the quality time they spent together during the offseason.
“Moments & Memories,” he captioned a photo series, which included a selfie of the trio on the beach.
Earlier this year, Prescott and Ramos welcomed their first child on Leap Day. Prescott announced MJ’s arrival a few days later while speaking at a Children’s Cancer Fund Gala in Texas.
“Yeah, I feel different; you wake up in the morning, see that baby, and understand the responsibilities,” Prescott reflected in March.
“Everything I’ve always wanted for myself, but wanting that for someone else even more. It’s special. Everyone’s healthy and at home. We’re blessed.”
Prescott joked that he had already started changing a “handful” of dirty diapers but hoped to “pass that job along” whenever possible.
Later in the month, Ramos posted a series of photos of MJ on social media and tagged Prescott in the heartfelt post.
“MJ Rose, being your parents is the biggest blessing life has to offer, and we are so fortunate that you are ours!” she wrote.
“Welcome to the world, baby girl. You will always be loved and protected! We are so IN LOVE with you – Love, Mom & Dad.”
Before MJ’s birth, Prescott spoke about preparing for fatherhood, especially after losing his mom to colon cancer in November 2013.
“[I’m] super, super blessed to have that responsibility, but at the same time, [to] have that opportunity to start a family and bring a child into this world,” he said during a November press conference, after announcing that he and Ramos were expecting.
“I know what my mom means to me, and to have that feeling in a different role is something I’m looking forward to.”
