Khloé Kardashian is finally responding to long-standing speculation about her appearance, opening up about the cosmetic procedures she’s undergone.
The discussion reignited around her 41st birthday on June 27, when London-based doctor Jonny Betteridge featured Kardashian’s “transformation” in a post on his clinic’s Instagram account. He used footage of the reality star attending Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding in Venice, Italy, as his visual reference.
Betteridge kicked things off by comparing current images with ones from “many years ago” to highlight “just how much she’s changed over the years.”
Alongside his video, the caption read, “Based on recent photos, I believe she may have had the following work done.”
His list included: “A temporal brow lift to elevate the outer brow area, Upper blepharoplasty to smooth the upper eyelids, Rhinoplasty for a more sculpted nose, Lip filler to enhance volume and shape, A face and neck lift for overall tightness and definition, [and] A chin implant for lower face projection.”
The caption continued, “She looks dramatically different from a few years ago, and whether you see it as glow up or glam makeover, there’s no denying she’s created a bold new look for herself.”
The post, which amassed more than 25,000 likes, concluded with a disclaimer: Betteridge emphasized that his analysis was “purely speculative and based on my professional opinion.”
“I take this as a great compliment,” the mother of two wrote, before detailing the exact procedures she’s undergone and the professionals behind them.
“First off I think these photos are about 15 years apart, But here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go,” she explained.
Khloé shared that over the past decade, she’s had a nose job performed by Dr. Raj Kanodia, as well as “laser Hair for the hairline and everywhere else” at Sev Laser Aesthetics.
She also mentioned receiving “Botox and sculptra where my face tumor was removed in my cheek” from 7Q Spa Laser & Aesthetic Center — the same clinic frequented by her sister Kim Kardashian.
Additionally, she undergoes “soft wave laser for skin tightening” from Software Therapy. Khloé’s beauty regimen doesn’t end there.
The Khloud Protein Popcorn founder, who co-parents 7-year-old daughter True and 2-year-old son Tatum with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, added that she’s had “filler in the past.”
“But not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down),” she noted, also revealing that she’s lost 80 pounds “over the years (slow and steady)” with the help of her coach, Joe Paris.
She further disclosed that she uses “collagen baby Threads” under her chin and neck, provided by The Things We Do, and regularly gets “Salmon sperm facials/ regular facials, peptides, vitamins and daily skin care.” Her response garnered more than 2,500 likes.
After laying it all out, Khloé came back with one final clarification. “Those photos are actually OVER 15 years ago… Man time does fly.”
Dr. Betteridge, who boasts nearly 364,000 Instagram followers, has made similar speculative videos about other celebrities, including Angelina Jolie, Taylor Swift, Anne Hathaway, and more.
Meanwhile, earlier this month, Kylie Jenner publicly revealed the specific details of her breast augmentation after a fan inquired via TikTok.
“445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!” the Kylie Cosmetics CEO, 27, shared.
The following day, Kris Jenner disclosed that the same surgeon who performed her facelift 14 years ago also handled Kylie’s procedure.
In a June 12 exclusive interview, board-certified celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Lara Devgan weighed in on the increasing openness among public figures about cosmetic work.
