Strictly Come Dancing star Tasha Ghouri has sparked rumors that she may have married her Love Island boyfriend, Andrew Le Page, following a series of revealing Instagram posts.
The model fueled speculation with photos of herself in a crisp white dress featuring a plunging neckline, holding a bouquet of flowers while sharing romantic moments with Andrew, 29.
The couple also shared a kiss against a picturesque sunset backdrop, which added to the intrigue.
However, it turns out the romantic display was part of Tasha’s role as a bridesmaid at her friend Ffion Reese’s destination wedding.
Tasha, 26, who is confirmed for the Strictly Come Dancing 2024 lineup, later shared an image of a champagne flute labeled “bridesmaid” and praised her friend as “the most beautiful bride.”
Despite the initial confusion, fans might have been led to believe that Tasha and Andrew had eloped to a sunny location to tie the knot.
Tasha and Andrew, who began their relationship on Love Island in summer 2022, recently took a significant step by purchasing a home together.
They also celebrated their one-year anniversary with a “secret cabin” getaway last summer.
In an emotional post marking their anniversary, Tasha expressed her love and appreciation for Andrew, saying, “A year ago today I asked you to be my boyfriend, and a year later here we are!
You’re the kindest, sweetest, loving person I’ve ever met. Thank you for being the light in my life, the best light. Here’s to many more memories and giggles with you! Let’s go drink some more champs, ily!!!”
Tasha is also set to appear on Strictly Come Dancing’s 20th anniversary special. She recently shared her excitement and nervousness about joining the show, admitting to KISS FM that she feels as though it’s “about to throw up” and described the experience as surreal.
She revealed that she had only shared the news with a small circle of close family and friends.
Asked if she knew who her Strictly partner would be, Tasha mentioned that she had a dream partner in mind but had yet to meet them.
She also defended her participation on the show despite her background as a professional dancer, explaining that her career has evolved since her time on Love Island.
Tasha made history as the first deaf contestant on Love Island.
