The 43-year-old actress, who has also won a Daytime Emmy, was seen gathering fresh produce and other items. She sported a stylish black puff-sleeved sweater paired with matching PVC leggings and white sneakers.
Gellar, along with her companion, ensured safety by wearing masks to protect against the coronavirus.
